How to send us a donation through e-Transfer:

1. Log in to your online banking account.
2. Log in to your online banking account.
3. Add Operation Eyesight as a new recipient by providing the following details:

4. *IMPORTANT* – In the message field, include the following details to receive a charitable tax receipt:

If complete contact details are not provided within the message option of the e-transfer,

Operation Eyesight will be unable to issue you a charitable donation tax receipt.

5. Review your information and send the e-transfer.
