Victoria Davydova is a certified Salesforce administrator with academic backgrounds in software development and special education. She joined Operation Eyesight as a temporary team member in early 2023 and became the permanent database administrator later that year.
Working behind the scenes to support Operation Eyesight’s mission, Victoria takes a (not-so-secret) delight in untangling complex data and bringing order to systems, earning her the affectionate nickname “Salesforce guru” among colleagues. She also trains and supports staff, helping them master the tools they rely on every day.
Victoria is drawn to Operation Eyesight because it gives her a strong sense of purpose and the knowledge that her work is making a real difference in people’s lives around the world.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys hiking through the woods, working up a sweat with virtual reality boxing and spending quality time cuddling with her cat.
What is your most memorable moment with Operation Eyesight?
Watching the 60th anniversary film. I grasped the scale of global challenges I had previously taken for granted, such as access to clean water and food.
