
Candy is a development analyst with more than two years of experience in data collection, management and report writing. She is a detail-oriented individual who is keen to contribute to the process of generating and utilizing various types of information to support project management.
Candy is a collaborative and meticulous individual who has experience in undertaking various support and administrative tasks as well as experimental protocol development, field research, data collection, analyzing and synthesizing data.
She looks forward to contributing her skills and knowledge. Candy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Zambia. She began her career at the University of Zambia as an administrative assistant on the Home to School Project under Aston University.
She also worked as a research assistant for Impact Managers and with Right to Care Zambia. Before joining Operation Eyesight Zambia, Candy worked as a research assistant for The Center for the Promotion of Literacy in Sub-Saharan Africa (CAPOLSA).
